Description

We present organic Roman chamomile essential oil for perfumery, obtained from the plant with the botanical name Chamaemelum nobile. The product is offered under the name Chamomile Roman organic essential oil for perfumery on international markets. Behind the name stands an entirely organic composition without preservatives and colourants. The entirely organic character of the composition stems from the cultivation, in which the plantations receive care without synthetic detergents and without artificial soil improvers. The plantations occupy areas on the territory of Bulgaria. The crop from these areas belongs to the Asteraceae family, whose species develop small inflorescences with white ray florets around a yellow disc, characteristic of the entire genus. The inflorescences provide the floral parts, and the liquid is obtained from them through steam distillation. The floral parts remain the only raw material for the product. The method preserves the volatile esters, so the fragrance remains pure and close to the original flowers. The fragrance carries a sweet base with fruity-floral and herbaceous nuances, while the strength of the scent remains delicate and warm across the entire olfactory range. The flowers give the liquid a pale blue to grey-green tone. The tone is preserved in the homogeneous liquid consistency of the product. It is used for scenting home spaces, wardrobes and bedrooms, as well as in the making of perfumed soaps, colognes and aroma stones. It is suitable for clothing and linen sprays, perfume sticks and concentrated blend formulas for boutique fragrance lines. It is also included in hypoallergenic and cosmetic perfume products for sensitive skin, and sometimes in compositions for fresheners and bespoke essences with an individual character.

Storage

Store organic Roman chamomile essential oil in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Maintain a temperature from +5°C to +20°C to prevent oxidation and the loss of beneficial properties. After opening, limit the amount of air in the packaging, and as the contents decrease, pour the remainder into a smaller, clean and dry bottle. Use only aluminium or glass bottles for perfumery products, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the essential oil for perfumery from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for a longer period.
